Here we have tried to answer the most common questions our customers might have.


Do you have a minimum number of walks per week?

We are looking for minimum commitment of 3 walks per week. This allows us to better forge a great relationship with your dog.


Does my dog require special equipment for walks?

All They Walk Dogs crew wear a flat/martingale collar plus a harness or halter. Additionally, according to Toronto Municipal Code Chapter 349, all dogs and cats owned in Toronto must be licensed and wearing a tag.


Do you offer walks at night and on weekends?

We offer Extended Hours walks on weekends and evenings on an as-available basis. If one of us is available, we’re yours.


What do you do in bad weather?

We typically walk in all kinds of weather. Walks will be shortened if deemed appropriate. In the event of severe weather walks may be cancelled altogether at our discretion.


What do you do when you need a sick day or a vacation?

Typically vacations are planned in advance and coverage is provided. For sick days, we will always do our best to arrange the best alternative.


How are your groups selected for your group walk selection?

We don’t accept “bad” dogs into our roster. As such we build our groups based on geography. This allows us to make the most of our time with your dogs and keep our prices as competitive as possible.


What is your cancellation policy?

All cancellations made before 9am the day before a scheduled walk will be eligible for a full refund.


Who will be walking my dog?

We are a small but mighty team of highly motivated, experienced and CARING individuals. We build routes and create routines but these are subject to change when required.


What are your office hours and walk times?

Our office hours are 9-7. Regular walking service hours are from 10-4. Walks scheduled outside those hours are billed at Extended Hours Rates.


How do billing and payments work?

For ease of use, we schedule and bill monthly. All services are prepaid. Adjustments are more than welcome. We accept cash, credit, cheques and e-transfers.


Are you insured?

In accordance with City of Toronto by-laws. Yes.


Do you charge tax?

In accordance with Federal law. Yes.
